Scroll Bars are not seen

Hi All: I have a strange problem with RH 6.0. Most of the time whichever menu I work on ( like linuxconf and netconf) I can not see the scroll bar options to cancel or Accept. I mean the screen size goes beyond the size of my actual monitor screen. Could not resize the screen also.Typical ex
