If your using XFree86 3.3.5 Go to linux.3dfx.com and get the 3.3.5 SVGA
Driver for Xfree86. Install that ( you my have to use --force ) The
Device3Dfx file should be Device3Dfx-2.3-*.src.rpm. You will have to do rpm
--rebuild Device3Dfx-2.3-*.src.rpm and the rpm -Uvh
/usr/src/redhat/i386/Device3Dfx-2.3-*.i386.rpm to install. You want
Glide_V3-2.6-*.i386.rpm. I still highly recommend going to XFree86 3.3.6. I
have a Voodoo Banshee and a Voodoo 3 both working here. The foregoing is for
a Banshee or Voodoo3. The Voodoo2 uses different drivers, Exactly which one
do you have, the Banshee or Voodoo2.
