While I cannot disagree with the statement, one cannot go to a store and
play with each to see what they like.  If both are new to an area, there is no
history in which to judge.  How good the company is in one area may not
be how it is in another area, and vice-versa.

In other words, it is a crap shoot until the reports start creaping in from
early users.

In my case, I only had one choice, but I also had a contact at the company.
