Well, I'll disagree. They've not been perfect, but more than acceptable.
My experiences with the techs have ranged from good to fair, but they've
always been friendly and reasonably knowledgable. There are times when
it's impossible to get through on the tech support lines, but that's
generally because everyone else is having the same problem you are.
In the 6 months I've had them, there've been 1-2 serious outages (1-2
days down hard), and 1-2 other less complete outages (slow, down for
a few hours, routing problems). If you want business-grade services
(and prices), go to CAIS.
