I have a friend who just switched from them. The provider he had
been using decided to get out of the residential DSL market, and
focus on business DSL...so they transitioned him to Telocity.
First, they failed to ramp up enough bandwidth in the region to
handle all the new customers.
Then, they couldn't keep their routes straight.
Then, they couldn't keep the circuits up.
In just less than 2 weeks, my friend had about 3 days worth of actual
connectivity.
He just got himself switched to InternetConnect...and he's much
happier for having done so.
