Nope, in this case TDS Metrocom actually has their in infrastructure.
Only the Ameritech wires from the CO to my house are rented by TDS Metrocom.
TDS put in their own fiber circuits to hit all of the main Madison central
offices.  Ameritech doesn't even have DSL here yet.

I know for what I speak.  Remember when I said that I knew what I was
getting for up/down speeds.  Well, that is because I talked with the
actual tech that works for TDS who entered the DSLAM to get the nformation.
PLUS.  I have a friend who works for TDS Metrocom network services, who
provide all of the equipment behind their DSL service.

Sorry, but not in this case.

In my case, I know who actually provides the services.  Because of my
connections, I knew it was coming to town long before it was announced. :-)
