dispute resolution. I think Mozilla doesn't, can't and don't want to

which effects the security of users can be posted at the mailing lists,
Bugzilla and perhaps to Frank directly. Disputes are handled elsewhere.


What is the difference?  A complaint is a dispute as far as I can see.

Once you name a CA and put in a "complaint" about its practices, this is a dispute.

mailing lists: these are for discussions, not complaints. Bugzilla exists to *track* such things.

mail to Frank: we don't want to set up the back-channels. This is an open organisation, not a soap opera. It's not polite and it isn't good policy. Bugzilla has the ability to have "confidential" bugs if such is needed.
