As threatened, I've posted my thoughts on dispute resolution here [1]:

       https://wiki.mozilla.org/CA:Dispute_resolution

The first point is to document where we are now. And, hopefully agree. And, to identify and fill some obvious holes [2].

The final point is to think about where to evolve into the future.

Which immediately raises the question: why is this important?

Next post.

[1] It's important to note that Mozo people (nor Mozo) have not commented on the essence of this one way or another [1]. So it is still a thought experiment, albeit shared and in words. Comments seen were

 * "module ownership" which has since been resolved
   https://wiki.mozilla.org/Module_Owners_Activities_Modules
lists Frank as module owner now.

 * the applicability of "staff" which has been explained as outdated.

 * Eddy's nays which hopefully are addressed in next post.

[2] In that document, the "where to appeal / finality" section is indeed just that: an obvious hole that should be filled.
