So I purged gnome3 ppa. That solved the scrollbar problem.
Unity Tweak Tool (miracoulously & unecpectantly) solved the (despite the purge)
remaining two: wallpapers and suspend!

OK, no objection, but I need to know how to do it. It seams that nothing

I even tried to open Shutter beforehand to be able to teke a screenshot
