Public bug reported:

Well so far nothing could be detected, at least now the computer sees the
mobile!
I am trying to pair a Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 with the system.
Though the mobile is identified as such, in the end it is unaible to pair with
a "Device added succesfuly, but unable to connect" .
The stock bluetooth utility is unable to locate it most of the time. Searches,
but finds nothing.
That's all Folks!
