Public bug reported:
After trying -unsuccessfuly- to access a network folder or trying to
reach Add ons choice under Tools I got the shadow of a window,or its
outeer borders, blinking on/off unstoppingly and bringing the system to
a crawl. Closing VLC so far seamed to correct things, but this last
time, w/ the Tools, Add ons, choice, I dont realy know.
