Public bug reported:

Starting up the computer again after suspending, leaves the wireless led
indicator off.
The wifi is active, there is no practical connectivity problem, and should you
reboot all is back to normal.
But it is disorienting to loose the led, and sends you wondering, so you might
actualy turn it off yourself while trying to find out what is wrong.

T dont know if it has to do with unity or another package.
