entry with some russian characters. It was displayed very poorly in
hnb itself, but using less on the .hnb file showed the characters as expected.

The problem is that $(MAKE) install triggers
update-desktop-database, which fails if run without root privileges.
The patch I've written removes install/uninstall hooks, since I
think that everything that can be called via these hooks should
be run at package-install time

Currently, it does only support the old deprecated
