Bug#298022: syslog-ng: Kernel ring buffer size option does not work

The KERNEL_RINGBUF_SIZE option does not set the size of the kernel buffer.
Enabling it make the init script send dmesg output to the console.

Excerpt from dmesg(1), emphasis mine:

       -sbufsize
              Use a buffer of size bufsize to _query_ the kernel ring buffer.
