Just got a working Python3 Emcapplication running on the FZ3 arm64
mksocfpga: based on this thread:

cd src
./autogen.sh
./configure --with-hal=machinekit-hal --with-python=python3
--with-boost-python=boost_python-py35
make -j$(nproc)
sudo make install
