Nice find -- those packages all use a separate Debian source package, instead of re-using the "real" source package for the corresponding package. Menu-l10n seems Debian-internal, but for the others the pattern is a source package called 'X-translations' and a binary package called 'X-l10n'. I should be able to prepare a package like this and upload it. /Simon
