When running a dns server on a subnet what is the best practice for
setting up reverse? I have the ip range delegated to me from my
provider, but am having some issues with the dns server picking it up.
Here is what I have: ( I am using real ips, but the example has fakes)

Screwed up MBR... Get a DOS disk with fdisk on it...
at the DOS prompt, type "fdisk /mbr"
boot into LINUX using the linux boot disk
run /sbin/lilo
should fix it...

Samba 2.2.x will have a new "appliance" mode which allows you to run without a
corresponding UNIX account. I came across this in the samba mail list archives
