we have separate device nodes for running displays and for
rendering/compute.

Windows are slow to ope
I'm able to reproduce most of the times on a machine from the
certification lab, indeed with nvidia drivers but that doesn't
necessarily seem to be the culprit. Instead, what I can see is a timing
issue:
snapd-desktop-integration starts with default.target and tries to dbus-
activate org.freedeskt
The "Active Screen Edges" feature conflicts with the "Enhanced Tiling"
feature from "Settings > Ubuntu Desktop". When loading the tiling
extension it automatically disables "Active Screen Edges". That happens
on every log-in or screen unlock.

I cannot reproduce after setting my keyboard to DE-CH, but I did notice
that ^ is a combining character when followed by vowels, and indeed
before typing another character I do see the I-beam cursor jumping to
the beginning of the word (only when the password is hidden, not when
it's revealed) but

Privacy > Location is disabled, then no this is still a ""bug""

on the dGPU to be broken following the driver entering a broken state
(it is unable to resume
NVreg_PreserveVideoMemoryAllocations behaves well with the 570 driver
and kernel 6.14 as in plucky.
Because it works by dumping the allocated memory to a filesystem, here
are the edge case scenarios to consider:
1) If NVreg_TemporaryFilePath points to disk-backed storage and the free
space on the

That would suggest that the leak is somewhere in the wl_shm

Adding a GTK3 task because it provides Gtk.AppChooserDialog which shows
the button, as used by Desktop Icons NG.
Perhaps we could port DING to use
org.freedesktop.portal.OpenURI.OpenFile instead which would use the
patched xdg-desktop-portal-{gtk,gnome}, but those only show the "Find
more in Softw
This is somewhat intended, because now the default terminal emulator is
handled by xdg-terminal-exec
Perhaps we should provide an upgrade path so that users don't lose their
previous defaults?
