The "Active Screen Edges" feature conflicts with the "Enhanced Tiling"
feature from "Settings > Ubuntu Desktop". When loading the tiling
extension it automatically disables "Active Screen Edges". That happens
on every log-in or screen unlock.
That's not ideal but it is the caveat of implementing "Enhanced Tiling"
as a GNOME Extension.

Title:
Active Screen Edges setting resets after reboot or during usage on
Ubuntu 25.04
Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
Opinion
Bug description:
Hello! I installed Ubuntu 25.04 on another laptop and noticed that the Active
Screen Edges toggle under Settings > Multitasking turns off after a reboot.
It sometimes even disables itself during normal usage, without a restart.
When I manually enable it, it works fine — but it doesn’t stay enabled.
Let me know if I can help with logs or further testing. Thanks!
