Public bug reported:

The Eyesight Break feature of the Wellbeing module does not work
correctly where there is an idle inhibitor, such as video playback in
Firefox.

I receive the Eyesight Break notification and click "Take". The screen
is slowly dimmed, but after 20s I never receive the break end sound, the
screen does not un-dim, and I receive another notification soon after
claiming that a break was overdue X minutes ago.
