Adding a GTK3 task because it provides Gtk.AppChooserDialog which shows
the button, as used by Desktop Icons NG.
Perhaps we could port DING to use
org.freedesktop.portal.OpenURI.OpenFile instead which would use the
patched xdg-desktop-portal-{gtk,gnome}, but those only show the "Find
more in Software" button if there is no application currently available
to open the file, which would be a change in behaviour.
