root cause of the problem.
I'm quite convinced that under pulseaudio, speech is getting chopped.
But, I'm noticing that it's actually using alsa (presumably via
portaudio) and pulse via that, rather than the direct pulse

Hi Stéphane,
One of my users just complained on IRC that the babeld package tries
to pull in ahcpd. It's up to you, but I would tend to agree with him
that the Recommends should be Suggests instead.
Thanks,

Hi Christoph,
Please could you do an upload of SVN r4525 to unstable?
kfreebsd-9 as shipped with wheezy is indeed vulnerable and I can confirm
now that the fix works too.
Unfortunately the vulnerability is as simple and as serious as it
sounds. A non-privileged user can overwrite any file havin

Peter,
I do not understand what the problem is here. As you say, it built on
all release architectures.
Your bug report has almost no information. What platform? What
build-deps do you have? Build log?
I'm confused. Help me out.

That's mainly because of the freeze, I guess, I'm going to try to update this
package for a debian derivative and if possible offer my changes to debian.

Thanks for trying. Do you have a chance to test the theory that this
somehow depends on the kernel? A squeeze system with a sid chroot
should work for that.
I tested building of the libapache2-mod-perl2 package on a sid chroot
on a Debian squeeze (ia64, kernel 2.6.32).

Dear Maintainer,

I was using salt-minion from the salt PPA which is version 0.15.3, and
everything was fine. I then tried instead to use the 0.15.1 version
