I'm guessing something in freepascal or lazarus (I haven't tried to
determine which yet) is trying to build for some embedded variant of qt
rather than the regular desktop version of qt. I'm sure we patched this
in the past but it seems to have come back.
I may try to look into this further if I get a chance but I can't
promise anything on timescales.
