Unfortunately, emacs21 still has not been removed from testing. It
seems that another removal hint is needed for prime (reverse dependency
of libsuikyo-ruby1.8) to get rid of suikyo and thus emacs21.

It appears that, either you filed the bug against the wrong package or
there's some catch.
Although Privoxy is a good quick-n-painless option to use altogether
