Hello xkomczax. It appears that, either you filed the bug against the wrong package or there's some catch.
Although Privoxy is a good quick-n-painless option to use altogether with Tor, there are no interaction between both daemons, unless no more than a regular proxy does. Above from that fact, please try to provide some logs from both Tor and Privoxy.
