What kind of errors are they exactly, and why would they only affect
experimental?

How long does it take for the error to be resolved? Is it better after for
example an hour or only after a next mirror push to the parent?

Is it possible that you are simply trying to mirror while the parent mirror
is still busy mirroring itself? You could avoid that by checking the trace
files.

It the problem is with the parent mirror, then it seems to me that either
the mirror script they use is broken in some way, or else experimental
must be broken on all mirrors and the problem should be reported to the
Debian FTP-masters.

debmirror already has the option to ignore minor errors. It will however
always fail is errors are detected in meta files.

Although I understand your reasoning regarding experimental, I don't think
it is wise to ignore such errors as it means your mirroring from a
(temporarily) broken mirror. It seems better to keep your current
consistent mirror and try again later.
Also, the structure of debmirror does not really allow for ignoring errors
in a specific dist.

If it is your parent mirror or the Debian master mirror where the breakage
occurs, then that's where the problem should be fixed.

Cheers,
FJP
