Yes and no. The changes are in the patch applied at build time to get
the po/* stuff right, or by calling "debian/rules patch". Don't worry,
not your fault, this all will be easier after changing to Debian source
format v3.0.

I just had a quick look, and something looks weird there (besides of
shifted code references, of course). I promise to include your lattest
patch when merging all things together or ask for help if it doesn't
fit.
