Thanks, I understand why it's broken now. A recent bug fix (516843)
effectively means that psgml needs a dependency on autoconf or a way to make
it optional. I'll figure that out, but in the meantime, you can either revert
back to -8 or install autoconf, install psgml, remove autoconf.
