Please change the versioned dependency on e2fsprogs to a versioned
conflict on the older packages, it prevents purging e2fsprogs and
e2fslibs on systems which do not need them.

I have a weird problem since some days, I don't really know what
triggered this.
I currently use epiphany with -n switch as my default browser
(x-www-browser). I added a wrapper script to run:
