I wasn't meaning to limit discussion, but with something this big I can see
it getting to the point where we end up going through several areas at
once... and as muc#roomconfig_publicroom is referenced here but defined
later then that gives us more time between now and then as I think that one
may not be as clear cut as just making it a tristate

Ok, in that case I may have something tomorrow or Sunday for a problem I had
a while back and need to double check - relates to Result Set Management in
6.2
