In the server config and ar.cfg it is server. It's pulling from somewhere or building server.xyz.com
In Mid-Tier configuration there are 2 entries (server and server.xyz.com). This is because having just one (either) causes similar errors. We've tried every combination, no luck. Something is askew somewhere, and I don't know where else to look.
