Restart Apache. PHP APC extension does not handle modifications in PHP
scripts. If it is installed and PHP scripts are modified, scripts start
breaking with bogus error messages.

If you use PHP cache or optimizer and get errors after script updates,
make sure that you get those errors after web service is restarted. Plus
make sure that you get errors when cache engine is disabled.
