Gnumeric copy/paste problems are part of larger cop/paste defects in
Ubuntu and/or Gnome. Problems also appear in Klipper and OpenOffice.org
spreadsheet (as well as Glipper not working).

I fully updated Ubuntu 2009-09-25. Klipper seemed to consistently miss
the first and sometimes second highlighting attempt in, say, a Firefox
webpage. Only subsequent highlighting attempts would register (of same
or sometimes different text string). There was nothing [new, only
