Uninstalling pipewire fixed my audio problems. Now I can plug in

Apologies for doing this in my main system rather than whilst installing
in the VM. This is a long-standing bug at least in the Kubuntu themed
installer; when one chooses "Guided: use entire disk and set up LVM and
encryption" two boxes but there but no labels to indicate that

This worked when Trusty was released, as I used it multiple times to
burn various *buntu ISOs for people at Linuxfest NW. Now the thumbdrive
is erased, but the next step is never made available. "Make Startup
Disk" button remains grayed out. Unetbootin seems to work, so it isn

released for everyone. I see no way to indicated that to Launchpad.

I see all the wireless signals in the neighborhood, but the connect
