Please delete xmrig binaries from plucky to complete libfmt transition.
xmrig is FTBFS with libfmt10 and has already been removed from Debian Testing.
The relvant bug there is https://bugs.debian.org/1086567
There is no reverse depenncy for xmrig.

The latest release 2.0.13-1 in plucky-proposed is FTBFS in s390x which is
blocking the migration, which is blocking the libcifpp transition to complete.
It fails to build in Debian also and the relevant bug is

openmpi_5.0.6-3 in plucky-proposed depends on 'architecture-is-64-bit' and does
not build for armhf and i386.
Please remove armhf and i386 binaries of openmpi and its reverse-dependencies
from plucky. 32bit arch will use mpich.
openmpi binaries in armhf and i386:
openmpi-b
The issue is seen also on Plucky, Noble.

I can confirm that lxc from oracular-proposed has fixed the bug for me.
Test done:
install lxc and follow the testplan with the lxc.conf to confirm that it
