Public bug reported:
mediastreamer2 FTBFS with new libortp16 in plucky.
I have a patch ready to fix the FTBFS, but there is a problem after
fixing the FTBFS.
linphone will need to be rebuilt for "libbctoolbox2" transition and
linphone depends on both "ortp" and "mediastreamer2".
And linphone will now become FTBFS as libortp16 has added:
Breaks:
liblinphone11,
libmediastreamer13,
imho, only solution now is to update mediastreamer2 and linphone to new
versions.
