Public bug reported:

RM: please remove camitk from Plucky - netcdf and insighttoolkit5
transition

camitk is FTBFS with latest insighttoolkit5/5.4.0-2. It has been already
removed from Debian Testing, the relevant Debian bug report is
https://bugs.debian.org/1094895.

There are no reverse dependecies. However there are two reverse
recommends but they will not make anything uninstalable.

$ reverse-depends -r plucky src:camitk
Reverse-Recommends
==================
* med-imaging                   (for camitk-imp)
* med-imaging-dev               (for libcamitk-dev)

Packages without architectures listed are reverse-dependencies in:
amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x

$ reverse-depends -r plucky -a source src:camitk
No reverse dependencies found

** Affects: camitk (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
