I have done this on SuSE several times so I know it can be done. The situation is this:
When I first installed I accidently put both hard drives on the secondary IDE chain.
i.e.
/dev/hdc ( /boot ) and /dev/hdd ( / )
I need to put them In their proper place on /dev/hda and /dev/hdb now.

- reboot

I've got (to me) an interesting problem. One of the servers I help
manage keeps kicking up a system load of 30+ at midnight every
day. There are no cron jobs for that time period. Sendmail shuts
down for the duration of the load, as does the apache webserver (an
angel script has to restart it)

If your system starts up correctly, it should have mounted read-write. You
can verify this with the mount command.

and now I don't can move ( with the mouse ) the xterm
i.e. :
if I lauch xterm+netscape + xterm
these arrived in top-left window and I don't can move

I'm trying to compile KDE from CVS as there are some features that I
need. I've never tried to compile from CVS (anything) before, so I'm
very lost in what the problem might be. I'm using a script from the KDE
site called 'kde-cvsbuild-0.1.5' to gather, build, etc the files. I'm
