The multiple announcements and versions per week are difficult to keep
track of.
I would encourage you to work on the code, keep polishing it, testing it,
documenting it, etc. Then after a few weeks make an announcement or ask
for additional testers.

Hi Aitor,
in my first message I said that I would propose .BR instead of .PTB .
mkeyb usese BR and BX
keyb
xkeyb uses BR850.key, BR274.key, 274437.key, br275.key
keyb uses BR and BR274
so why not giving br to Brazil instead of PTB? I have no idea.

Hi!
To answer Ronald's question: this is a BIOS beep, so you should be
able to go into your BIOS config and set the volume or turn it off
entirely. I'm not sure about DOSBox, but you can probably set an
option to control the beep volume level.
Not sure about that. AFAIR at least some version
As an alternative to BZ, the code PB is also not in use.
If we do not use PTB, I do not know what tow digit code we should use instead.
I just think BR should not be used since it is already assigned to a different
language in ISO 629-1.
Since the world has mostly moved to used language_regio

When there are multiple versions of a package, they get versioned into sub
directories.
But, this is not anything the package updater needs to be concerned with

Okay, I compared some of the contents of pt and ptb files and they seem to be less different. Most of them either used pt or ptb, except ctmouse and freecom.
As 8.4 never worked I assume that former .ptbr was never used, so I think using only .pt for all files should be okay, of course the exis

Someone asked me today about how I install FreeDOS on QEMU, and how I
get sound to work. So here goes:
You need to start with a virtual disk. I usually use 500 MB. If you
use qcow2 format, QEMU won't complain later about the disk image:
$ qemu-img create -f qcow2 fd.qcow2 500M

Hi Jerome,
I checked once again, you are right. There is an iso 639-1 for LANGUAGE and another one, 3166-1 for COUNTRIES.
And there Brazil has BR whereas there is none for the same language.
There are differences in several countries/languages, e.g. Ukraine, UK and UA.
I will check if this i

I just tried this in DOSBOX-X and it indeed beeps rather loudly on a TAB
in the command line, which seems to be the response to an illegal
character entry in that case, though it doesn't do this all the time.
I had accidentally closed DOSBOX-X and opened it up again, and on a
