engimail 1.3.3 still appears to have problems with icedove 8.0. Some
of the functionality such as decrypting attachments does not appear to
function.
I have verified that the upstream 1.3.4 version appears to resolve the
issues I am aware of.

I chose not to use mkstemp, because there is no requirement that
mkstemp return a file descriptor that is secure, random, or
unpredictable. mkstemp is only required to provide a filename that is
unique.
