Hi,
/etc/udev/cd-aliases.rules is inteded to create links like
/dev/dvd for cdrom drives.
But since the IMPORT{program}="cdrom_id is called only for scsi
drives, it does not detect normal IDE CDROM drives in absence of the
obsolete ide-scsi dri

Hi,

Hi,
I have a HP LaserJet 1300, attached via USB. I used to have cups print
directly to the usb printer device, but now use ptal. Since I use ptal
the printer prints an empty spare page after each print job.

No, I couldn't reproduce with the current package version.
How would I close the b
Hi,
I could find a solution. I've put a script in scripts/init-premount
which simply waits for 10 seconds. Just to find the problem.
However, the script should be a little bit more elaborated and use a
case statement for the different types of root devices (hd? sd?
by-label, by-uuid) and so on.
Hi,
any estimation about when the package will be in the main debian
distribution?

Hi,
if you are patching mkinitramfs-tools for crypto-support anyway:
Please support encrypted LVM partitions (and also those on RAID devices)
Would be nice to have the following stack:
- A plain partition or a soft-RAID partition
- This partition encrypted with cryptsetup or cryptsetup-luks

Hi,
check_procs does not work properly if used in Germany.
Reason:
In Germany/Europe floating numbers are written with a decimal comma
instead of a decimal point. When you set LC_NUMERIC to something like
de_DE, the function sscan
Sorry, I didn't see that the directories have been moved.
However, the prechecks/swap is still missing.

with ppp devices the up scripts in /interfaces fail because they are
called to early, immediately after launching the daemon, when the

Yup, now there is a menu bar.
But shouldn't there be a status bar at the bottom as well?

Hi,
I just ran into the same problem. As far as I can see the problem is
the libnasl2 package.

# ldd /usr/lib/libnasl.so.2
libnessus.so.2 => /usr/lib/libnessus.so.2 (0x4004)
