Hi,

You need to import the proper Redhat key, Check out:
http://www.redhat.com/solutions/security/news/publickey.html
The key you need is the one listed under "Package Signing".

If you install the latest up2date package you get the 
key you need.   Note that installing the up2date 
rpm drops a copy of the current keys in the 
/usr/share/rhn directory.    

If you end up having to do it by hand you use
 "rpm --import <keyfile.txt>".  

Running the command "rpm -q gpg-pubkey" will show  
you what keys you have installed currently.
