If you install the latest up2date package you get the key you need. Note that installing the up2date rpm drops a copy of the current keys in the /usr/share/rhn directory. If you end up having to do it by hand you use "rpm --import <keyfile.txt>". Running the command "rpm -q gpg-pubkey" will show you what keys you have installed currently.
