That seems to have worked. It didn't prompt for the "Local Items" Keychain when I logged in after restarting.

There's still a "login_renamed_1.keychain" that was in there before.
that's left over from the reset you did, and is harmless; if you were to remember your old password, you'd be able to open it and recover any passwords, etc.; for some people that might be important, so that's why the file is set aside
