This is a full size MACALLY keyboard with a number pad to the right.

The key at the end of the middle row (opposite end from "caps lock") is
labeled "return". The "enter" key is down in the lower right beside
decimal on the numeric keypad (which also doesn't appear to share the
"Del" function that it has on the Windoze keyboard).

It appears they function the same way as the keyboards in the Unix class
I took 20 some years ago.

My Macbook has a key on the right labeled thusly:

   enter
  return

On the same key.
