I'm confused how the presence of an `.editorconfig` resulted in errors; can you elaborate how that could happen? Judging from your commit here just recently, was this a minor glitch due to where a comment was in this file? Thanks for fixing that, and hopefully it's a non-issue now. @msokolov I would appreciate it if you enable emacs's support for editorconfig and let us know if it was terrible/bad; you seem worried about it for some reason.
