Good callout, the `validateTableIsIceberg` will throw
[`NoSuchIcebergTableException`](https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/main/api/src/main/java/org/apache/iceberg/exceptions/NoSuchIcebergTableException.java#L24)
which is subclass of `NoSuchTableException` and will be catch in line 433
below and return false. I also added explicit test to cover this!
