It depens on what you are used to. If you come from world of commercial raw converters, the order of tools in Darktable is confusing and seems random. But after a while I got used to it. Still a bit illogical but thats okay. But for me this discussion is over because the developers have said that they will not change the order of the tools, and told us why.
I think it's better to now focus on help the developers to make new cool tools.
