All this is true, but what do users really do when they use DT?  In
case of doubt, I personally just give it a try and look at the
result.  The result is what matters anyway.

Although I'm a technophile (alas, I even use iop_deps.pdf), I don't
torture my brain with possible outcomes depending on the IOP order.
I just click and see whether it worked.  So far, it always did.
That's why I love this program.  :-)
