That is the symptom of the problem I am fixing.
To get the web site going again I have to do a hard reboot of the server
(I have tried restarting every service that makes sense and read logs etc. etc.)
 
I will do that shortly, happens once or twice a week.
 
I just got access to my “new” server and it should be ready as Rick said, 
within a couple of weeks.

p.s. currently the best url is www.arslist.com which I also hope to get fixed 
in the move
