Has anyone added any fields to the Overview Console? I have looked into this and there was some info on BMC Communities, but when I followed this procedure, the fields remained blank. BMC tech support says it submitted an RFE for this. I am running ARS 7.5 P6 and ITSM 7.6 P1. Would really appreciate any feedback or ideas! Thanks
